I have a friend who has a small dog, about maybe 5 lbs. It's a female. I was at her condo yesterday and she and the dog ran up to me, and she left a puddle. She left 3 puddles of pee before they got her outside and then she pee peed again. They said she pees when she gets excited. Is there anything that can be done to keep this dog from peeing every time someone walks in the door? Is there medication, or something? I feel sorry for the dog, cause you have to hope she doesn't pee pee on you when you pick her up. She has been spayed. She's not old, I don't think the vet gave them an estimate on her age. They found her so they have no background on her. I'm thinking her previous owner may have just lost her and didn't bother looking because of her pee peeing problem. She wasn't spayed when they got her, but she already had the problem.
